Getting Started
What is All Global Access?
All Global Access (AGA) is a membership-based platform that combines access to discounted services, a multi-level referral rewards program, and a dynamic wallet system that tracks your participation value growth.
How do I sign up?
Visit our website and click 'Get Started.' Fill in your details, choose a membership plan, and you're ready to go. If someone referred you, enter their referral code during registration.
What membership plans are available?
We offer three tiers: Starter (PHP 2,500/month), Professional (PHP 15,000/month), and Elite (PHP 50,000/month). Each tier unlocks different levels of service access, support, and referral benefits.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page. Your wallet will be updated to reflect the new plan value.
Wallet & Value Tracking
How does the wallet system work?
Your digital wallet tracks your participation value, which includes your subscription base value plus any growth from company-managed portfolio performance. It also tracks referral earnings separately.
Is this an investment?
No. AGA is NOT an investment platform. The participation value is a tracking mechanism tied to company operations. No guaranteed returns are offered or implied. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
Can my participation value decrease?
Yes. Your participation value may increase or decrease based on portfolio performance. This is clearly disclosed in our Terms of Service.
How often is the wallet updated?
Wallet values are updated in real-time via WebSocket connections. You'll receive notifications when significant changes occur.
Referral Program
How do referral commissions work?
You earn 15% from direct (Level 1) referrals, 10% from Level 2 referrals, and 5% from Level 3 referrals — all based on their subscription amounts. Commissions are credited to your wallet automatically.
Where do I find my referral code?
Your unique referral code is displayed on your Dashboard and Referrals page. Share it with friends and family to start earning.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! There's no limit. The more people you refer, the more you earn across all three levels.
When do I receive referral earnings?
Referral commissions are credited instantly when a referred member subscribes. You'll receive a notification for each commission earned.
Withdrawals & Payments
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to your Wallet page and click 'Request Withdrawal.' Enter the amount, choose your method (bank transfer or GCash), and submit. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is PHP 100.
Are there fees for withdrawals?
Standard withdrawal processing is free. However, applicable taxes may be withheld as required by law.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through our integrated payment gateway. Withdrawal options include bank transfer and GCash.
