Terms of Service

By creating an account on All Global Access ("AGA" or the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and All Global Access. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Memberships are offered on a subscription basis with various tiers (Starter, Professional, Elite). • Subscription fees are non-refundable once processed, except as required by applicable law. • Your subscription grants access to member-exclusive services, discounts, and the referral program. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing members.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The participation value shown in your digital wallet is a tracking mechanism, not a financial investment. • Your wallet displays a "participation value" that may increase or decrease based on company-managed portfolio performance. • This is NOT a bank account, investment account, or any form of financial instrument. • AGA is not a financial institution, investment company, or securities dealer. • No guaranteed returns are offered, implied, or promised. • Value fluctuations are based on company operations and are at the sole discretion of AGA management. • You should not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

• Members earn commissions on referred members' subscription payments: 15% (Level 1), 10% (Level 2), 5% (Level 3). • Referral earnings are credited to your wallet and may be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds. • AGA reserves the right to modify referral rates with 30 days' notice. • Self-referral, fake accounts, or manipulation of the referral system will result in immediate account termination. • Referral commissions are subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. • Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days after admin approval. • Supported withdrawal methods include bank transfer and GCash. • AGA may withhold applicable taxes or fees as required by law. • Suspicious or fraudulent withdrawal requests may be delayed for investigation.

You agree NOT to: • Create multiple accounts or use fake identities • Manipulate the referral system or wallet values • Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise Platform security • Harass, spam, or misrepresent yourself to other members • Scrape data or use automated tools without authorization Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balances.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • AGA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for downtime or technical issues. • You use the Platform at your own risk and acknowledge the speculative nature of participation values.
