How to File a Claim

Simple, member-first claims process

1. Notify AGA

Email claims@allglobalaccess.com or message us in the Help Center within 30 days of the incident.

2. Submit Documents

Provide a police/medical report, proof of identity, and the AGA claim form (we'll send it). Beneficiary documents if applicable.

3. Review

Our partner insurer reviews and acknowledges receipt within 5 business days.

4. Payout

Approved benefits are paid directly to the member or beneficiary's preferred bank/e-wallet.

Who is eligible?

Any AGA member with an active subscription. Coverage activates as soon as your membership is paid and remains in force throughout your subscription term.

What happens if my membership lapses?

Coverage pauses while the membership is inactive and automatically resumes when you renew.

Can I name my own beneficiary?

Yes — you can update your designated beneficiary anytime from your Member Profile.

Is this real insurance?
